      Limp joints

      The flower is always good, but half of the joints are always limp like this, some are much worse than pictured. They need to be packed closer to the filter better.

      Hey Hailey — really appreciate the thoughtful feedback and the photo! We totally get what you’re saying. We actually leave a little space near to help with airflow and make the pull smoother (an over tightly packed joint can be hard to hit). If you prefer a firmer joint, just tap it filter-down on a flat surface and gently pinch the top — that’ll help it pack tighter. That said, we’re always refining things and will keep an eye on consistency. Thanks again for supporting us!
