Are your products legal in Texas?Yes! Everything we sell is compliant with current Texas hemp laws. That means all THC products are derived from hemp and fall under the legal 0.3% delta-9 THC threshold by dry weight. (Yes, it’s a bit of legal math.)

What is MoonTaxi?MoonTaxi is a lifestyle cannabis dispensary based in Texas. We carry a curated collection of premium flower, pre-rolls, vapes, THC/CBD gummies, tinctures, seltzers, and merch—all with a focus on quality, design, and experience.

Where are you located?We’re based in Dallas, TX. Come see us in-store, or browse and order online for pickup.

How does in-store pickup work?It’s easy. Order online, choose “Pickup,” and you’ll get a text when your order’s ready (usually within an hour during business hours). Just bring your ID and the card you paid with.

Can I shop without placing an order online first?Absolutely. Walk-ins are welcome! But if you want to make sure your favorite strain or product is in stock, we recommend ordering ahead.

What gummy dose should I take?In short: Low dose (2.5–5mg): giggly, light, social Mid dose (10–20mg): euphoric, chill, “cozy couch” High dose (25mg+): goodnight, MoonTaxi When in doubt, start low, go slow.

What’s the difference between THCa, THC, and CBD?THCa is non-psychoactive until heated—then it becomes real-deal THC. THC is the psychoactive compound that gets you high. CBD is non-psychoactive and great for relaxation, recovery, and wellness.

Can I return or exchange a product?Due to compliance regulations, we can't accept returns on consumables. But if something is damaged or defective, let us know and we’ll make it right.
